Case-by-case resolution will be handled on-site at the Shree Cinema box office.

2. Movie Ticket Refund Requests Since ticket sales are not processed on this platform, Shree Cinema cannot initiate cancellations, seat adjustments, or refunds for movie tickets through this website. All ticket cancellation or refund requests must be directed strictly to the third-party platform where the ticket was originally purchased (e.g., BookMyShow, District), adhering to their individual booking terms.
